We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase at Reeceaustralia.com. Is your purchase a bit different than you expected or would you like to try a different size or colour? No problem! You can return items free of charge within 14 days of receipt.
Returns
- Put the items you want to return together with the return slip in the box and stick the enclosed return label on the box.
- Drop off your package at a UPS Access Point. Click here for a UPS Access Point nearby. You will receive proof of delivery here. (Please note: you can return your package via a different sender than UPS, but then you pay shipping costs. Returns via UPS are free.)
As soon as we have received your package, you will receive an email notification. You will receive your purchase amount. We will refund the amount as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after your return. Did you return your entire order? Then you will also get back the shipping costs that were paid for sending the Stanno.com package.
Refund of the purchase price
Any savings that you make with your order will be credited to your savings account after our return period (after 16 days) has expired.
